Volume pricing
The more you order, the better your price. Tiers are calculated on total units shipped per calendar month, across all SKUs.
All tiers reset on the 1st of each month

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and import duties. Volume counts include all product categories (aligners, brackets, wires, auxiliaries).
Lock in a better rate for 12 months
Practices that commit to a minimum annual purchase volume can negotiate a fixed pricing agreement with an additional discount of up to 8% on top of their tier rate. Annual agreements also include priority manufacturing slots, a named account manager, and quarterly business reviews.
Annual commitment agreements require a minimum of CHF 12,000 in annual spend and a 12-month term. Early termination incurs a fee equal to 10% of the remaining contracted value.

Are discounts applied automatically at checkout?
Yes. Once your Pro Account is verified and your running monthly total reaches a tier threshold, the discount applies automatically to all subsequent orders in that calendar month.
Does volume carry over to the next month?
No. Tiers reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Only orders shipped within the month count towards your tier.
Does the tier apply to all product categories?
Yes. Aligners, brackets, wires, auxiliaries, and adhesives all count towards your monthly volume and all receive the tier discount.
How do I access Tier 4 pricing?
Contact your account manager or email sales@nivellipso.com. Tier 4 agreements are individually negotiated and subject to credit assessment.
