Five steps from scan to smile
Take an intraoral scan
Capture upper and lower arches using your intraoral scanner. Nibellipso supports all major scanners in .STL or .PLY format.
Compatible scanners: iTero Element (all generations) · 3Shape TRIOS 3, 4, and 5 · Medit i500, i700 · Carestream CS 3600/3700. If your scanner is not listed, contact us — we accept any ISO 6983 compatible .STL export.
Upload .STL files via Pro Account
Log in to your Pro Account and navigate to Case Submission. Upload upper and lower arch .STL files and complete the case prescription form (tooth movement goals, anchorage preferences, attachments).
Maximum file size: 150 MB per arch. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Case data is retained for 7 years per medical device traceability requirements.
Receive treatment plan within 48 h
Our clinical team — supported by in-house CAD software — will generate a staged treatment plan with 3D visualisation of predicted tooth movements at each stage.
You will receive a notification email with a link to review the treatment plan in your browser. No plugin or software installation required. On average, plans are ready in 32 h.
Review and approve the plan
Review each stage, request revisions if needed, and approve. We accommodate up to two rounds of revision at no additional charge.
Revision turnaround: 24 h per round. Once approved, the plan is locked and manufacturing begins automatically.
Aligners shipped within 5 business days
Once approved, your full aligner series is manufactured, quality-checked, individually bagged with stage labels, and shipped from Solothurn within 5 business days.
Packaging: each tray is individually bagged with patient case ID and stage number. Full set delivered in a numbered clinic case box. Standard shipping 2–4 business days within EU; 1–2 days within Switzerland.
